BRI Call Center Service Features

The Call BRI service feature has advantages compared to coming directly to a branch office. All you have to do is dial a number from a landline or mobile phone to get information about BRI banking services. Not only that, customers and prospective customers also make complaints about banking problems, blocking ATMs, or submitting customer complaints.

BRI's call center service offers two options for customers who want to make calls. You can choose the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) feature or through a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The difference is that the IVR feature will guide customers using an automated computer system, while CSR allows you to talk directly to the staff on duty.

Through Call BRI, customers can also make various transactions, both financial and non-financial with the phone banking feature. The condition is, before making a call to the BRI call center, you must have a debit card and register for Call BRI or phone banking services.

Here are the steps to register via ATM:

Insert your BRI or BritAma PrimeCard debit card
Dial the six digit PIN number
Select the "Other Transactions" menu
Select the "Registration" menu
Select the registration menu "Call BRI" or "Phone Banking"
Keep in mind, the Call BRI feature can be used for financial transactions, while the BRI call center via phone banking can only be used for non-financial transactions.
